Job summary

Hussmann is seeking an Equipment Tester in Suwanee, GA to support testing across product lines. You will interpret directions, use testing gauges and electrical test equipment, and ensure proper documentation for files. Safety rules are to be observed and lean initiatives supported.

The role requires basic troubleshooting, reading drawings, and flexibility to work overtime as production needs require, with a focus on final equipment inspection.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic troubleshooting skills expected.
• Electrical experience and NEC knowledge preferred for some areas.
• Experience reading and interpreting drawings/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Correct problems found during testing and/or notify lead or supervisor.
• Interpret direction of flow on racks and electrical wiring applications as needed.
• Perform final check of product with complete documentation for files.
• Complete inspection information and final review of equipment.
