AREA TEMPS, INC. is seeking two Electrical/Mechanical Technicians to join our Solon, OH team. This hands-on role tests complex inspection systems to ensure quality prior to shipment, assembling and testing mechanical, electrical, software, and camera components.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical position requiring the ability to assemble, test and troubleshoot complex systems.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, software and camera components is preferred.
• Ability to document test results and deviations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, configure, and integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components into complete systems.
• Load and verify system software, firmware, and configuration files.
• Execute functional, performance, and regression tests with emphasis on camera and lighting alignment.
• Calibrate and align sensors, cameras, optics, and motion systems to meet tolerances.
• Record failures and corrective actions; ensure compliance with ISO or regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Shipping to ensure proper testing and packaging for shipment.
