Job summary

6AM City, LLC seeks a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler in Solon, Ohio to join a growing manufacturing team.

You will assemble, test, and troubleshoot electro-mechanical assemblies following specifications, while using ERP systems and hand tools. The role requires at least 2 years in electro-mechanical assembly and 1 year in electrical wiring, with strong mechanical skills and comfort with computers.

This temp-to-hire position offers competitive hourly pay and access to benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of electro-mechanical assembly and testing experience
• At least 1 year of electrical assembly and wiring experience
• Strong mechanical assembly skills and experience using fasteners
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and specifications
• Comfortable using computers and ERP systems
• Soldering experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assemble, frame, and test electro-mechanical assemblies and systems
• Follow established specifications, procedures, and work instructions
• Perform preliminary testing and quality checks on completed assemblies
• Read and verify job orders for accuracy and completeness
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and collaborate with Engineering as needed
• Maintain accurate production records using ERP systems
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and testing fixtures
