Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift

Appleton, WI | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Are you a reliable, mechanically inclined problem‑solver who enjoys keeping machines and facilities running smoothly? A to Z Machine is looking for a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician to support our shop, equipment, and facilities.

Full‑time | Hands‑on | Essential Role

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance on machines and buildings
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace facility and shop equipment
• Build and repair benches, tables, and shop fixtures
• Handle basic facility needs (lighting, plumbing, painting, carpentry)
• Assist with equipment and shop moves
• Follow 6S, ISO/quality, and safety standards
• Support Electrical/Mechanical Technicians as needed

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing
• CNC job shop experience preferred
• Forklift experience a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and work ethic
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
