A to Z Machine Company in Appleton, WI is seeking a Production Machine Operator on 1st or 2nd shift to machine quality parts and keep production moving in a fast-paced, hands-on role.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year in manufacturing, and comfort with hand tools and precision equipment. This ESOP company offers growth, a clean facility, and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools and mechanical equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and team player.

Responsibilities

• Machine production parts to blueprint.
• Perform basic inspections using micrometers, calipers & gauges.
• Index inserts and monitor part quality.
• Count, tag, and prepare finished parts.
• Debur parts and support shop organization during downtime.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow all 6S, ISO/quality, and safety procedures.

What You'll Do:

• Machine production parts to blueprint
