Job summary

D&D ELECTRO-MECH INC is hiring an Electrical / Mechanical Technician to support the fabrication and assembly of industrial and municipal water treatment systems. This hands-on role combines electrical and mechanical work, with a willingness to tackle a variety of tasks when electrical work is limited.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial electrical work preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Experience with conduit bending, wiring, and terminations.
• Familiarity with pumps, valves, and industrial systems is a plus.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire industrial water treatment systems (low & high voltage).
• Install piping systems (flanged and grooved connections).
• Install valves, pumps, instrumentation, and control panels.
• Fabricate and install conduit (rigid and PVC).
• Pull wire/cable and perform terminations.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Assist with mechanical assembly and general fabrication.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and system startup.
