Job summary

D&D Electro-Mech Inc in Apple Valley is seeking an Electrical/Mechanical Technician to support the fabrication and assembly of water treatment systems. This hands-on role blends electrical and mechanical work, requiring the ability to read schematics and drawings, wire systems, install piping, and work in a warehouse environment.

Candidates should be comfortable with overtime, enjoy hands-on fabrication, and be reliable team players who can switch between tasks as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial electrical work preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude required
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
• Experience with conduit bending, wiring, and terminations
• Familiarity with pumps, valves, and industrial systems is a plus
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire industrial water treatment systems (low & high voltage)
• Install piping systems (flanged and grooved connections)
• Install valves, pumps, instrumentation, and control panels
• Fabricate and install rigid and PVC conduit
• Pull wire/cable and perform terminations
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Assist with mechanical assembly and general fabrication
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and system startup
