Select Water Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and repair plant equipment, ensuring safe operation and reliable facility performance. The role emphasizes hands-on work with electrical and mechanical systems, welding, and machinery, and requires on-call availability and overtime as needed in a chemical plant setting.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of related experience in a PSM-covered chemical facility.
• Experience operating machinery – welding machine, torch, power tools.
• Technical training in welding/electrical/mechanical fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior washouts of chemical trailers.
• Read equipment P&IDs and blueprints to aid troubleshooting.
• Repair and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment, such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and production machines.
• Install and maintain welded steel pipe and threaded steel pipe.
• Troubleshoot pumps, gearboxes, and mechanical seals.
• Monitor equipment daily to ensure proper operation.
• Perform basic vehicle and forklift repairs.
• Basic welding (stick, MIG, TIG).
