Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in industrial maintenance and related fields.
• Proficient in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Familiar with PLC communications and equipment management software.
• Able to read schematics and panel drawings; experienced with PLCs and HMIs.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including belt tracking and component replacement.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with documentation.
• Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot circuits.
• Create and close work orders in asset management system with labor hours and parts used.
• Troubleshoot and resolve semi-complex problems; identify required resources.
• Locate and track spare parts from inventory.
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment testing to meet specifications.
• Respond to service calls and correct equipment faults.
