Job summary

Xylem in Holland, Michigan is seeking a Project Engineer II – Electrical & Mechanical Systems to lead engineering execution of engineered-to-order projects from post-order handoff through design, manufacturing, FAT, startup readiness and closeout.

You will translate customer requirements into deliverables, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, review drawings and specifications, and ensure cost, schedule, quality, safety and customer commitments are met.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical work performed by internal resources, suppliers, and third-party engineering partners.
• Provide hands-on engineering support to manufacturing and test teams at the Holland facility.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, controls, and interface issues using structured root-cause analysis.
