Job summary

Valeo in Seymour, IN seeks a Line Setter on the 1st shift (6AM-2PM) to support maintenance and manufacturing processes, ensuring equipment readiness and smooth line performance.

Candidate should have a high school diploma or GED with 4+ years of maintenance experience or an associates degree in a technical field, and will perform equipment verification and corrective actions to keep production running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze defects or breakdowns and lead corrective actions; escape in case of need.
• Ensure first and second level maintenance, anticipate maintenance interventions, alert leaders or supervisors when production deviation
• Support breakdown maintenance resources
• Fill maintenance intervention requests
• Realize equipment and process verification prior to start-up
• Apply ERIM (Equipment Reliability Improvement Management)
