Job summary

Valeo North America in Winchester, VA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30PM-11:30PM) to care for high-speed assembly equipment and perform preventive maintenance. You will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and respond to unplanned repairs, while proposing opportunities to improve reliability to the Maintenance Manager.

• 2+ years of experience with high-speed manufacturing and/or assembly equipment.
• 2+ years of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience.
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs.

• You will do electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance on assembly equipment
• You will handle scheduled preventative maintenance and unplanned emergency repairs
• You will propose preventative maintenance opportunities to the Maintenance Manager

What You Should Have

• High school diploma or equivalent, but a technical Associates degree is preferred
• You have 2+ years of experience with high-speed manufacturing and/or assembly equipment, or you have a technical Associates degree from an accredited college or university
• You have 2+ years of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience
• You have experience troubleshooting PLCs
