Job summary

Valeo North America in Seymour, TN, is seeking a Line Setter in Process/Manufacturing to join our 1st shift team. You will support maintenance activities to keep production lines running, perform equipment and process verifications, and implement corrective actions as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 4+ years of general maintenance experience, or an associate degree in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze defects or breakdowns and lead corrective actions
• Escalate in case of need
• Ensure first and second level maintenance, anticipate maintenance interventions, alert leaders or supervisors when production deviation
• Support breakdown maintenance resources
• Fill maintenance intervention requests
• Realize equipment and process verification prior to start-up
• Apply ERIM (Equipment Reliability Improvement Management)
