Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands‑on mechanical maintenance or related technical experience.

• Basic troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn specialized mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and collaborate with experienced technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine mechanical maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Learn to maintain and repair specialized printing and packaging equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance including inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments.
• Assist with basic electrical troubleshooting as skills develop.
• Work alongside experienced technicians to diagnose problems and complete repairs.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status to teams.
• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
