Job summary

Quad is seeking an Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our Spartanburg manufacturing team. You will perform routine mechanical maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on production and facility equipment, with hands-on training provided alongside experienced technicians to expand your mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands‑on mechanical maintenance or similar experience.
• Willingness to learn specialized mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine mechanical maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Learn to maintain and repair specialized packaging equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance including inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status to team.
