Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with vehicle systems integration, routing, packaging, structural interfaces, and installation design.
• Degree: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
• Ability to lead multiple projects from concept through production in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and integration of electrical systems within complex vehicle platforms.
• Design components, brackets, harness routing paths, enclosures, and installation schemes.
• Own cost, quality, validation, and schedule for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with suppliers for manufacturability and lifecycle efficiency.
• Coordinate with manufacturing for assembly feasibility and tolerance considerations.
• Drive design reviews to ensure conformance to standards.
• Organize prototype builds, testing, and durability analyses.
