Job summary

Gorbel, Inc. is seeking Electrical/Mechanical Assemblers to build and test control panels, following job instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include assembling non-electrified and electrified components, testing electrified parts, reading blueprints and tape measures, using hand tools, and collaborating with technicians and the engineering team to ensure quality and on-time delivery. Must pass safety training and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read tape measures and blueprints.
• Capability to test and troubleshoot electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Build or assemble non-electrified and electrified components per job instructions.
• Test and initial electrified components for function.
• Submit requests for replacement tooling or supplies.
• Perform inventory cycle counts as needed.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.
