Job summary

Spectrum Control, located in the United States, seeks an Electrical/Mechanical Designer to create, revise, and maintain complex electrical and mechanical drawings, product layouts, bills of materials, manufacturing routers, and related documentation across the product lifecycle.

This experienced contributor works with limited supervision, supports CAD and documentation improvements, and provides guidance to less-experienced team members while helping to ensure accurate records and controlled

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical/mechanical design experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and OrCAD.
• Experience with PCB layout and mechanical design.
• GD&T knowledge and engineering drawing standards.
• ECN processing and BOM management experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise complex electrical and mechanical drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, OrCAD.
• Update drawings based on ECNs and maintain BOMs.
• Assist with PCB layouts, mechanical designs, and tooling.
• Maintain part numbers and manufacturing routers.
• Provide drafting support and guidance to junior staff.
