Qualifications

• No minimum education required.
• 3+ years in manufacturing and electrical assembly or demonstrated competence.
• Able to read/write English and lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull 100 lbs.
• Stand, walk, sit, and handle tools and components safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled fitting and electrical assembly of parts and sub-assemblies.
• Inspect to ensure product meets specifications and quality standards.
• Read wiring schematics and shop orders to assemble units.
• Use precision instruments and gauging devices for measurements.
• Document production records and report defects to relevant personnel.
• Adhere to health, safety, and confidentiality policies.
