Job summary

Hire Sync is seeking an Electrical-Mechanical Assembler to build critical power systems in Valley View, OH. This hands-on role involves assembling electrical and mechanical components to exact specifications and reading blueprints and BOMs.

You’ll work on various production environments, with a 4-day workweek and overtime opportunities. A high school diploma or GED and experience in mechanical/electrical assembly are required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and strong safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, or industrial manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic shop math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, crouching, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components to precise specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, work instructions, and BOMs.
• Use hand tools and power tools including drills, punches, and rivet tools.
• Identify and troubleshoot non-conforming parts during assembly.
• Work within a team-focused manufacturing environment to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Assist in training and supporting other assemblers as needed.
• Perform assembly work in a variety of production environments, including some confined spaces.
