Job summary

Flash Technology, LLC is seeking an Assembler to assemble heater unit product codes and fabricate components per work orders, blueprints, and engineering specs. Weekend shift offers a 3‑day work week with 12‑hour shifts and requires basic assembly and electrical wiring skills.

The role includes bending to safety protocols, reading diagrams, and performing tasks from drilling to testing. Prior training and a GED are acceptable, with steady hands and willingness to work in a loud environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• ASME brazing procedures: BPS‑B1, BPS‑B2, BPS‑B3, BPS‑B4, BPS‑B5 certified.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Regularly stand and lift up to 25 pounds; very loud environment.

Responsibilities

• Lays out diagram for electrical installations according to wiring specifications.
• Drills and taps holes in specified locations for mounting control units.
• Attaches breakers, relays, connectors, bus bars, transformers, and insulators.
• Paints product as necessary.
• Installs and wires thermostats and other options.
• Fabricates bussing and solderes connections.
• Tests and adjusts electrical components.
• Discusses errors in diagrams or production orders with supervision or engineering to clarify assembly problems.
