Accurate Personnel LLC in Elgin, IL is hiring immediately for Electrical & Mechanical Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble components and products according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, paid weekly, with a benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision. A 2nd shift schedule is available to accommodate different staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Electrical or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical or mechanical components according to work instructions and specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as required
• Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and specifications
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Identify and report defects or assembly issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures
• Meet production and quality expectations
• Assist with additional manufacturing duties as assigned
