Job summary

Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a company in Pleasanton, CA to hire Manufacturing Technicians at all Levels. These positions are temp-to-hire with excellent benefits upon conversion and a 10-hour shift from Monday to Thursday.

Pay is $26–$30 per hour, with responsibilities including mechanical and electrical assembly, panel wiring, and process improvements. Opportunity for growth and a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, mechanical, or electrical assembly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stand for 10 hours.
• Ability to bend at the knees and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical assembly and sub-assembly preparation.
• Clean production equipment and work areas.
• Plan and lay out work to meet production schedules (Level 2).
• Set up and operate production equipment following GMP and SOPs (Level 2).
• Read electrical schematics and assist with prototypes or new products (Level 3).
• Provide reports on production, progress, or changeovers.

Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a company located in Pleasanton CA to hire Manufacturing Technicians at all Levels.

These positions are temp to hire and offer excellent benefits upon conversion.

These jobs have an Alternate Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday 10 hours per shift: 6:30AM to 5:00PM.

Pay rate ranges apply depending on the level of expertise: $26 to $30 per hour.

General Description

Manufacturing Technician - Level 2

All of the above requirements and

• Ability to work independently
• Control Panel Wiring
• Final Assembly
• Plan and lay out work to meet production and schedule requirements
• Provide production, progress, or changeover reports to supervisors
• Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures

Manufacturing Technician - Level 3

All of the above requirements and

• Ability to read an electrical schematic
• Assist Engineers in developing, building, or testing prototypes or new products, processes, or procedures
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with equipment, devices and products
• Provide advice and training to other technicians

Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk orhear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk;climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
