Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and 5–10 years related experience.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and work from blueprints.
• Supervisory experience of 20+ people and people leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English; ability to communicate clearly in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mechanical assembly operations and oversee the workflow.
• Balance workloads and assign tasks to meet production targets.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and provide task direction to the team.
• Manage labor tracking in ERP (Oracle) and ensure productive utilization.
• Mentor shop leads and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate materials and feedback with planning to improve efficiency.
• Report progress to Production Manager and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain safety training and a strong safety culture.
