  • Identify ergonomic, safety, and process‑related risks on the production floor
  • Recommend and help implement safety improvements to reduce hazards and improve operator experience
  • Assist in data collection and analysis for yield, scrap, and process capability metrics
  • Work cross‑functionally with engineering, quality, and operations teams to resolve production issues
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, standard work)
  • Help maintain and update engineering documentation, drawings, and revision control records
  • Provide hands‑on support during engineering builds, pilot runs, and validation activities
  • Contribute to troubleshooting equipment and basic maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Participate in design reviews by providing manufacturing-focused feedback
  • Assist in developing test procedures and verifying electrical test equipment functionality

  • Competence with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and data analysis
  • Ability to write, update, and follow technical documentation such as work instructions or standard operating procedures
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts (5S, standard work, waste reduction)
  • Strong communication skills for working with technicians, operators, and cross‑functional engineering teams
  • Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and process consistency
