This Electrical Manufacturing engineer position within the Operations team will be technically mentored by the Electrical Engineering team. Daylight manufactures complex digital and analog electronics systems. We are looking for a self-driven electrical engineer motivated to perform a wide variety of functions from hands-on reworks to design contributions. This person will become technically familiar with Daylight's commercial laser systems as well as manufacturing's electrical tooling and processes. This engineer is expected to lead projects through determined scope and schedule, especially as relates to failure analysis and resolution, working closely with the Electrical Engineering team and with the Quality and Production teams as needed.
The pay scale for this position is $89,491/year - $133,788/year. The pay scale information is a general guideline only. Several factors can influence the pay scale for a position including but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, collective bargaining agreements, geographic locations, business considerations, scope and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity.
