Critical Loop, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Torrance, CA to drive manufacturing excellence across our battery storage product lines.

You will own build and inspection processes, design for manufacturability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-growing environment. The role emphasizes process development, work instruction creation, and capital equipment upgrades to scale production while maintaining delivery performance

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or production.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and work instructions.
• Experience transitioning complex products from R&D to high-volume manufacturing (DFMA).
• Experience building and refining floor layouts, capacity models, and product flow analyses.

Mansioni

• Own build and inspection process for mechanical assemblies and systems integration across product lines.
• Develop, qualify, and refine manufacturing processes and work instructions to meet safety, quality, efficiency and delivery goals.
• Collaborate with engineers, SMEs, and technicians to resolve production challenges.
• Evaluate designs for manufacturability with product engineering for rapid production scaling in a evolving environment.
• Resolve non-conformances and lead root-cause corrective actions with Quality.
• Plan and execute upgrades to capital equipment, machines, and layouts to meet increasing demand.
• Refine floor layouts and capacity models to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
