Job summary

Advanced-Steel-Technology-Manufacturing-Inc is seeking a maintenance technician to support the Maintenance Department. The role focuses on electrical maintenance, repair of production machinery, and coordination with supervision to meet production goals.

Qualifications

Electrical maintenance experience is required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and manuals.
Knowledge of safety regulations and lockout/tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist Supervisor in coordinating maintenance activities to support production schedules.
Perform maintenance/repair of production machinery and plant equipment.
Respond to maintenance requests and help prioritize tasks with supervision.
Select supplies, obtain quotes, and initiate purchase requests for parts and services.
Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance for equipment as requested.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Monitor project timelines to meet cost, safety and quality goals.
Maintain logs and records of repairs and maintenance activities.
Operate equipment and power tools safely; maintain housekeeping in work areas.
