Avery Dennison is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair 480V electrical systems, motors, drives, and PLC-controlled equipment in a manufacturing setting. This role emphasizes electrical troubleshooting and long-term reliability.

Expect a 12-hour night shift (6 PM–6 AM) on a 2-2-3 schedule. Candidates should have 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong electrical skills, and a solid understanding of Arc Flash safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years industrial maintenance experience with strong electrical troubleshooting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with motors, drives, sensors, and control panels.
• Knowledge of Arc Flash safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair 480V electrical systems and automated controls.
• Locate and diagnose mechanical and electrical failures using meters and schematics.
• Repair and maintain motors, drives, switches, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors and production machinery.
• Adhere to Arc Flash safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to reduce downtime.
