Job summary

Hallstar Co. in Greensboro, NC is seeking an Electrical Support role within our Maintenance team. This semi-skilled position supports the Master Electrician with conduit installations, wiring, equipment upgrades, and general maintenance.

The role is 70% electrical support and 30% general maintenance, with an hourly pay range of $25-$30 and day shift 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, plus overtime and weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools safely.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install conduit, supports, and electrical raceways.
• Pull, label, and terminate wiring under supervision.
• Assist with electrical installations and upgrades.
• Support troubleshooting and repair of electrical equipment.
• Follow lockout/tagout, electrical safety, and permit requirements.
• Read drawings and maintain documentation.
