Job summary
Electrical Automation Services seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to support a high-speed distillery and beverage production facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems to ensure uptime and safety.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial maintenance, strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and instrumentation, and experience with SAP/CMMS.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and safety best practices.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, VFDs, PLCs, and instrumentation.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose failures using schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC logic.
- Support production by minimizing downtime and responding to breakdowns.
- Assist with installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment.
- Document work orders and equipment histories in SAP/CMMS.
- Lead RCA and continuous improvement initiatives to boost reliability.
- Maintain a safe, clean 5S workplace and comply with LOTO procedures.
