Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a maintenance technician for onsite powder manufacturing equipment in the US. You will perform repairs, support preventive maintenance, and work with hydraulics and pneumatics while following safety and CORE guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with at least one year of relevant experience, with preferred electrical/electronic trades training. Expect a 4x10 shift and potential overtime commitments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Electrical and electronic trades training or Associates degree preferred.
• Read/work from drawings and schematic diagrams.
• Use volt-ohm meter and megger.
• Strong attendance record.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Willing to work outside regular hours.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to wear a respirator.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work on Powder manufacturing equipment.
• Work with preventive maintenance program and schedules.
• Perform work involving hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Interface with stock room for spare parts.
• Inspect and service parts using inspection tools and gauges.
• Adhere to CORE guidelines and EH&S requirements.
• Call-in/overtime when required.
• The role may include additional related tasks as needed.
• Work 4x10 schedule: Mon-Thu, 2:00pm–12:00am.
