You’ll troubleshoot electrical systems, install and repair motors and controls, read schematics, and perform preventive maintenance on production lines. The ideal candidate has experience in industrial electrical maintenance, strong troubleshooting

Our Flooring businesses manufacture and distribute foam-, rubber-, and fiber-based flooring underlayment for residential and commercial use. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. You'll work with a collaborative, hands‑on team focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

So, what will you be doing as an Electrical Maintenance Technician?

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical and electronic systems.

Things we consider a plus

• Technical certification, apprenticeship, or formal electrical training.
• Experience with PLCs, conveyors, robotics, or automated equipment.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
