Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Install and repair motors, relays, sensors, wiring, and other industrial electrical components.
• Perform welding and fabrication work to support equipment repairs and improvements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental standards.

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. Your contributions will directly impact production uptime, equipment reliability, and overall plant performance. What will you be doing as a Maintenance Technician?

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.

What you need to be successful in this role

• High school diploma or GED.
• Industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi‑craft maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, machining, or pipe fitting.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.

Hourly pay range is $23.00 to $29.00 depending on experience.
