Aerotek in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift to uphold, repair, and overhaul electromechanical equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance on processing and packaging machinery, planning tasks to align with production schedules.

The role requires diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, installing new equipment, and working with 3-phase systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electromechanical systems.
• Familiarity with electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and scheduled preventative maintenance on all production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and operational readiness.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on equipment and building systems to minimize downtime.
• Assist with the installation, assembly, and setup of new or relocated production equipment according to layout plans and manufacturer specifications.
• Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, hydraulics, and repair.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance, industrial equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in electrical, pneumatics, schematic interpretation, PLC troubleshooting and control, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work with 3-phase systems and mechanical components.

Responsible for the upkeep, repair, troubleshooting, and overhaul of existing electromechanical equipment. You will perform preventative maintenance on a wide variety of production equipment, including processing and packaging machinery. The role involves planning and scheduling preventive maintenance tasks to align with production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Quickly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on equipment and building systems to minimize downtime.

• Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, hydraulics, and repair.

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
