Job summary

Aerotek is seeking Maintenance Technicians in Sioux City, IA to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You will diagnose issues and perform repairs to keep operations safe and efficient.

The role is permanent, full-time, onsite. Candidates should have 6–12 months of related maintenance experience, be able to read schematics, and handle preventative maintenance on motors and conveyors.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of related maintenance experience.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical.
• Hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, or mechanical drives.
• Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment issues and perform mechanical/electrical repairs.
• Maintain machinery, plumbing, refrigeration, and facility systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production equipment.
• Use precision tools to inspect, measure, and adjust components.
• Remove and replace defective parts using hoists, cranes, and hand/power tools.
• Fabricate basic repair parts using shop equipment.
• Follow blueprints, manuals, and schematics.

Job Overview

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
