Job summary
Georgia-Pacific Clarendon OSB in Alcolu, SC seeks an Electrical Maintenance Technician (E&I) for its OSB facility. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical equipment with focus on PLCs, VFDs, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems, on a 7:00am–3:00pm schedule. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications
- Associate/Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Systems, Instrumentation, or Electronic Technology.
- A minimum of two or more years of Electrical/Electronic/Controls troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and circuits.
- Maintain, program, and troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs.
- Maintain and troubleshoot circuits and components on pneumatic systems, control devices, and hydraulic equipment.
- Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics to troubleshoot and install equipment.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on electrical equipment.
