The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial maintenance, strong electrical troubleshooting, and working knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and automated equipment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of PLCs and HMIs.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and engineering instructions.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment up to 480V, three-phase.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment to ensure reliable operation.
• Develop and improve preventative maintenance procedures for manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of preventative and routine maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain and repair automated equipment and associated machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair defective circuitry and electronic components.
• Install and maintain electric control systems and solid-state equipment.
• Install equipment and make improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Use machine data to evaluate equipment performance and determine necessary adjustments.
• Support troubleshooting and maintenance of automation equipment, wiring, power supplies, AC/DC motors, control cabinets, and related systems.
• Follow equipment operating procedures and maintain an understanding of manufacturing processes.
