Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance (Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics).
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; strong technical problem-solving.
• Teamwork: ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery and facility systems.
• Diagnose process issues; develop preventive and corrective actions.
• Support R&D, Quality Control, and data collection; support Kaizen, 5S, and TPM activities.
• Reduce equipment downtime to meet safety and productivity targets.
