Quality Talent Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead maintenance initiatives at a major industrial site in Texas. You will oversee electrical maintenance activities, coordinate with the Electrical Superintendent, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and PPE.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of equivalent experience, at least 5 years in electrical supervision and project work, and hands-on PLC programming and HMI knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical supervision and project experience.
• PLC programming experience and knowledge of HMI systems.
• SAP, MS Office.
• Successful adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee electrical maintenance activities.
• Keep the Electrical Superintendent informed of department issues.
• Develop and maintain the Predictive/Preventive Maintenance program.
• Daily monitoring of plant electrical equipment.
• Prioritize, plan, schedule and assign electrical and control system work.
