Quality Talent Group is assisting a prestigious client in the building automation and industrial technology sector with a senior Electrical Supervisor position. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and overseeing electrical maintenance, ensuring safety, and maintaining control systems documentation.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of electrical supervision experience, a Bachelor's degree or 8 years equivalent, PLC programming skills, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent experience in electrical supervision.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical supervision and project experience.
• PLC programming and knowledge of HMI systems.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office; adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee the execution of all electrical maintenance activities.
• Keep the Electrical Superintendent informed of all electrical department issues.
• Develop and maintain the electrical and computer control system Predictive/Preventive Maintenance program.
• Prioritize, plan, schedule and assign electrical and control system work.
• Maintain electrical documentation including master equipment files and regulatory compliance files.
