Job summary
Afton Chemical Corporation is seeking a Plant Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance Supervisor to direct all phases of maintenance and ensure safe, cost-efficient production of high-quality products. You will lead a team of wage-roll employees and coordinate with operations to meet the maintenance schedule.
Responsibilities include overseeing safety programs, troubleshooting electrical systems, managing spare parts and work orders, and driving cost containment initiatives while maintaining
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in Electrical Maintenance Supervision.
- Experience with electrical/instrumentation process equipment operation.
- Knowledge of ASME, ANSI codes.
- Understanding OSHA regulations and related plant standards.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee plant electrical and instrumentation maintenance to ensure safe, cost-effective production.
- Supervise wage roll employees and coordinate with operations on maintenance schedules.
- Lead safety program development, training, inspections and corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, provide engineering guidance, and optimize maintenance processes.
- Contribute to cost containment initiatives and preventive/predictive maintenance reviews.
- Support plant reliability by prioritizing requests and planning activities to minimize outages.
