Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting complex industrial equipment and implementing effective corrective actions.
• Familiarity with CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and mentor maintenance technicians to support safe and efficient daily operations.
• Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of plant equipment including mills, welders, cutting systems, and material handling equipment.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize reliability and reduce downtime.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production disruptions, coordinating emergency repairs as needed.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and safety policies, promoting a strong safety culture.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement of parts and supplies.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to support operations and continuous improvement.
