Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor oversees the service, repair, and maintenance of electrical equipment and fixtures, including motors, lighting systems, transformers, and other electrical components. This role ensures all activities comply with safety and regulatory standards. The supervisor leads a team of electrical maintenance workers, ensuring work aligns with the Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electrical maintenance workers.
2. Ensure proper service, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
3. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and corrective actions.
4. Maintain compliance with safety protocols and standards, including NEC, OSHA, and local codes.
5. Conduct regular inspections for safe and efficient electrical system operation.
6. Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide solutions.
7. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies and parts.
8. Train staff on safety practices, electrical systems, and maintenance procedures.
