Who we are looking for:
We are currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to be based out of our Hobart, Indiana facility. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this person will be responsible for effectively supervising preventive and corrective maintenance with focus on electrical, on the plant’s machinery and auxiliary systems. Additionally, the Electrical Supervisor will participate in the plant’s 5S program and safety objectives, according to the company’s safety, quality, housekeeping, and production standards.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $75,040 - $103,180. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
