Job summary

You will develop maintenance programs, manage outages, improve reliability, and work with engineering and operations to deliver safe, cost-efficient outcomes. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 2–5 years of supervision experience are required, with proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years’ experience in Electrical Maintenance Supervision.
• Experience using MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, organizing, and completion of mill electrical maintenance.
• Manage a group of hourly union journeyman electricians.
• Develop maintenance programs to improve reliability of electrical machinery.
• Support outages and capital projects with training, spares, and documentation.
• Manage safety, environmental, and cost objectives.
