Job summary

Arconic is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to support the plant in 24/7 planning and scheduling of craft personnel and maintenance work across the facility in Lancaster. You will plan, organize, coordinate, and schedule projects and daily tasks, engaging internal teams and contractors to ensure high-quality, timely execution.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance planning and scheduling, a high school diploma or GED, and legal authorization to work in the United States

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.
• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed, daily schedules and equipment outage schedules (Gantt charts) for efficient work completion.
• Prepare plans with parts and materials, coordinating with crafts, schedulers, and contractors.
• Estimate, plan, and order all work performed by crafts and contractors cost-effectively.
• Coordinate between maintenance, production, supply chain, and engineering as a technical resource.
• Assist in setting work priorities through discussions with leadership and contractors.
• Manage maintenance work orders, BOMs, and other metrics to enable timely completion.
• Plan for equipment shutdowns and support post-outage corrections for improvements.
• Maintain equipment maintenance plans and Preventative Maintenance work orders.
• Establish scopes and timelines for work requests and projects; verify parts and drawings.
