Job summary

Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Planner at East Boulder Mine in McLeod, MT. The role centers on planning and scheduling maintenance tasks, coordinating with Procurement to ensure parts availability, and maximizing equipment uptime in a safety-conscious environment.

You will prepare detailed weekly and daily work plans, document PM activities, build BOMs, and report on equipment performance using ERP/CMMS tools. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

Plan maintenance activities for long- and short-term scheduling.
Prepare operating and capital budgets with accuracy.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders and keep records up to date.
Proficient with MS Office, ERP systems, and CMMS tools.
Understand safety regs (OSHA/MSHA) in industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

Plan maintenance activities for long- and short-term scheduling.
Prepare weekly and daily work plans and schedules accordingly.
Maximize availability of equipment in line with operating policies and safety requirements.
Coordinate with Procurement to ensure parts availability.
Screen incoming work orders for priority and planning needs.
Identify LOTO/TO requirements for work orders.
Define task scope, labor, skills, tools, equipment, documents, drawings and parts.
Execute and document Preventive Maintenance activities.
Build and maintain BOMs and model work orders/standard jobs.
Provide maintenance and equipment performance reports.
