Job summary

Johns Hopkins Intrastaff is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Mechanic at our Baltimore location. The role involves maintenance, installation and repair of electrical and pneumatic systems under general supervision.

Required: Journeyman Electrical Card, high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a 4-year Electrical Apprenticeship, and 5 years of related experience. OSHA safety knowledge is essential; pneumatic tube systems, fire alarm systems, and high-voltage gear experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related work experience.

Electrical Maintenance Mechanic

Location: 601 N. Wolfe Street, Baltimore, MD 21287

Hours:8-hour shift, 7a-3:30p on Friday, and a 16-hour shift on Saturday and Sunday, 7a-11:30p

Pay range: $35 - $40 per hour

Performs maintenance, installation and repair work on electrical/pneumatic equipment, systems and components. This work is performed under general supervision and using the tools and techniques of electrical technology.

• Posses the ability to solve electrical maintenance and construction problems and manage information indicated herein.
