Job summary

The Arkema Group in Pasadena, TX seeks a Maintenance Team Lead within the Maintenance Department. The role reports to the IE & A Maintenance Manager and collaborates with both in-house and contractor I/E Technicians across manufacturing groups to maintain safety, productivity, and reliability.

You will oversee electrical/instrumentation activities, coordinate with production teams, and drive continuous improvements in maintenance practices to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.

Responsibilities

• This position is in the Maintenance Department and reports directly to the IE & A Maintenance Manager.
• The Electrical Team Lead will supervise in-house and contractor I/E Technicians and interface with manufacturing groups to ensure safety and reliability.
